Welcome to the Water Wheel Community web site. We invite you to stay a while, see what we have to offer, and consider making this community your home. Over the years Water Wheel has become predominately retiree in look and feel.

You will see from many pictures that the Water Wheel community is beautiful. Natural trees surround our homes. There is a beautiful lake for fishing and boating. And our residents enjoy lakeside trails for exercise or a relaxing walk.

Our Location

Our community, located in the Historic Village of Clinton, is unique in that it gives you all the benefits of living away from the city, yet you are still within reach of many exciting and engaging activities.

Within a short drive from Water Wheel Community:

• Water Wheel is a stone’s throw from Ann Arbor. Known for its extensive shopping, delicious dining, famous concert halls and of course The University of Michigan Wolverines.
• We are down the road from the great city of Adrian with one of the top private co-ed colleges in Michigan the Croswell Opera House .The famous Hidden Lake Gardens in Tipton is only 10 minutes away.
• Irish Hills with it’s golf, state parks, shopping, entertainment and lakes for fishing and boating
• Michigan International Speedway One of the top race tracks in the country and home to the Nascar Michigan 400 race every August
• Herrick Medical Center is only 4 miles, Saline St. Joseph Hospital only 10 miles, and the U of M Hospital in Ann Arbor is only 22 miles away.

We are a well-managed, family owned and operated mobile home community. We care about our residents, and work to keep the grounds well kept, the homes well maintained, and the recreation areas ready for you to enjoy.

Our Community

Our community is a great place to have the kids or grandkids out for a visit. The pool will keep them entertained for hours, and they are sure to enjoy the expansive grounds, beautiful river and lake, and of course your new home.
